Slack Reservoir is a man-made reservoir located in Greenville, Rhode Island. It was created in the early 1920s by the construction of the Ted Hilton Dam on the Woonasquatucket River. The reservoir is used for recreational activities such as fishing, boating, and hiking. It is also an important drinking water source for the surrounding communities.
